These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CraveShift website (www.craveshift.com) and the purchase of our products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

CraveShift makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, nutritional information, prices, and images on the website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely error-free.

Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system malfunction, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Allergen Information: All products contain allergen information on their packaging. Please review this carefully before consumption. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us before ordering.


3. Ordering and Payment

Placing an Order: When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Order Acceptance: A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email confirming dispatch of your products. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to dispatch.

Payment: By placing an order, you agree to pay the full price for the products, including applicable taxes (GST) and shipping fees. Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. All payments must be completed at the time of order.

Order Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order at no charge if you contact us before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, our returns policy (Section 5) applies.


4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Timeframes: We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro areas: 3-5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5-10 business days
  • Remote areas: Up to 14 business days

Delivery Responsibility: We are responsible for delivering products to you. While we use reliable third-party carriers, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (extreme weather, carrier issues, etc.). We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Delivery Issues: If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@craveshift.com. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Product Condition: Products are perishable food items. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If products arrive damaged, spoiled, or melted, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.


5. Returns, Refunds and Your Consumer Rights

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund if products are faulty, not fit for purpose, or      don't match our description
  • Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by faulty products

These rights apply in addition to any voluntary return policy we offer.

Consumer Guarantee Claims: If you believe a product is faulty, unsafe, or doesn't match our description, please contact us at contact@craveshift.com within a reasonable time. We will:

  • Assess your claim promptly
  • Offer a replacement, or refund as appropriate
  • Cover reasonable return shipping costs for genuine consumer guarantee claims

Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind): We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy on unopened products if you simply change your mind. To be eligible:

  • Products must be unopened and in original condition
  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Products must not be damaged or past their best-before date

Opened Products: Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty or don't comply with a consumer guarantee.

Return Process:

  1. Email contact@craveshift.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

6. Product Safety and Storage

Food Safety: Our protein bars are manufactured in accordance with Australian food safety standards. Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Best Before Dates: All products display a best-before date. While products may be safe to consume after this date, we recommend consuming them before the date for optimal quality.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements: If you have allergies or specific dietary requirements, please review product ingredients carefully before purchasing. Contact us if you need additional information.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the CraveShift website, including but not limited to logos, product images, text, graphics, and design, is the intellectual property of CraveShift or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.


8. User Conduct

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden the website
  • Interfere with other users' ability to use the site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

  • Payment of the cost of having the products resupplied

  • Issues arising from third-party services (payment processors, delivery carriers)

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
